How does the annual billing work?
Premium is $49 AUD per year, billed automatically on your renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How does the Care Circle work?
Once you have Premium, you can invite up to 4 additional family members by email. Each person gets their own login but shares the same shortlists, notes, cost estimates, and journey progress. One person pays $49/year — everyone benefits.
Can I try the free version first?
Absolutely. The free tier includes all guides, calculators, provider search, comparison, and the full journey dashboard. Premium adds Care Circle collaboration, a saved care profile, notes, and personalised results.
What if I need a refund?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are available if the product doesn't work as described, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Do invited family members need to pay?
No. The person who creates the Care Circle pays the $49/year. Everyone invited to that circle automatically gets Premium access at no extra cost.
